Before you download, install or use the repair glasses app products and any accompanying documents (if any), including the updated or upgraded versions provided to you (except for the updates or upgrades provided to you under other agreements other than this Agreement) (hereinafter referred to as "glasses repair"), you must carefully read the following terms and conditions in this agreement.

Please read the following terms carefully. On the premise that you agree and accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement, the company will grant you the legal license to use the glasses. If you are a minor, please review and judge whether you agree to this agreement with the legal guardian accompanied by you. The minor's use of spectacles is deemed to have been approved by the legal guardian. If you do not agree to accept all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to register, log in or use the services involved in this agreement. If you download, install and use glasses repair, it means that you will voluntarily abide by this Agreement and other relevant rules of glasses repair, and fully obey the unified management of glasses repair.

Glasses repair has the right to adjust this agreement from time to time according to business needs, and publish the adjusted agreement on the company's official website or glasses repair app. If you do not agree with the adjusted agreement, you should stop using glasses repair. Otherwise, if you continue to use the services provided by repair glasses after the company adjusts this Agreement and publishes it, it will be deemed that you agree to abide by the adjusted agreement Agreement.

1、 Rights and obligations of users

1. Users must download, install and use repair glasses through legal channels (including but not limited to major application markets and the official website of repairing glasses). This is the premise for you to obtain the authorization to use glasses.

2. Once the user registers or logs in to use the glasses, it is deemed that the user agrees to contact the customer service personnel of the company by telephone.

3. The service content enjoyed by users in the repair of glasses shall be provided by the company according to the actual situation, and the user has the right to add, delete, modify or adjust from time to time;

4. The cost of communication flow caused by the use of glasses repair shall be borne by the user.

5. Users should keep their account number and password properly, and shall not transfer, lend, rent, sell or share them to others for use. Otherwise, the user has the right to temporarily stop or permanently seal up the account number according to the actual situation. When the user's account number or password is used without authorization, the user should immediately notify the repair of the glasses, otherwise the unauthorized use is regarded as the user's own behavior.

6. The company has the right to adjust the service content of glasses repair at any time, including but not limited to the addition, deletion and modification of the service content. Once the service content of glasses repair is added, deleted or modified, the glasses repair will prompt on the relevant page; if the user does not agree with the relevant change and modification, the obtained service can be cancelled and stopped using; if If the user continues to use the service provided by repairing glasses, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted all changes and modifications. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, the new service content in the user's use of spectacles will be subject to the provisions of this agreement.

7. The service provided in the repair of glasses is divided into free service and charge service. If the company does not agree to change the service at any time, the user can change the service according to the company's policy. For the charged service content, the company has the right to determine the price of such service and adjust it from time to time. The adjusted price will be announced in the eyeglass repair platform. If the user does not agree with the adjusted price, the user can stop paying for the charged service after the original charged service expires. If the user continues to purchase the charged service after the price is adjusted and publicized by the company, it shall be deemed that the user agrees with the adjusted price.

8. If the user is not satisfied with the service purchased, he / she has the right to terminate the service. Users should apply or call customer service hotline (400029) at the client within the specified time 1501), apply for termination of service and refund. The refund amount shall be calculated according to the refund rules published by the client. The company has the right to adjust the refund rules from time to time according to the business development and publicize them in the terminal; if the refund rules publicized by the client are inconsistent with the agreement in this agreement, the one publicized by the client shall prevail. The company has the right to retain all the use information of the users who have terminated the service. The company still has the right to exercise the rights stipulated in this Agreement and investigate the legal responsibility of the users for the violation of this Agreement and relevant provisions during the use of the paid services.

9. From time to time, the company will provide preferential policies or carry out preferential activities on the payment service. Such preferential policies or activities shall be subject to the real-time information on the platform of the operation help. Users know and recognize that the company has the right to decide whether to provide preferential policies or carry out preferential interaction, as well as the contents, conditions and validity period of preferential policies or preferential activities, and adjust or terminate them from time to time.

10. If the user has obtained other preferential methods such as coupons or discounts of relevant payment services through legal means, the user knows and recognizes that such coupons or discounts can only be used after meeting certain conditions, which shall be subject to the information tips on the coupons and the use instructions of the coupons or the discount instructions published by repairing glasses. The coupon or discount is not cashed (i.e. not directly converted into cash), no change (i.e. if the order amount is less than the amount of the coupon, the remaining amount of the coupon will be invalid), expired and void; the coupon or discount is only used by the same user account, and it is strictly prohibited to sell, transfer or share the coupon or discount. If the company discovers that there are other preferential methods such as selling, transferring or sharing the coupon or discount, the discount will be given The coupon or discount will be cancelled, and the company has the right to seal it according to the seriousness of the case, and reserves the right to investigate the legal liability of the relevant responsible person.

2、 Platform management

There is a special audit team to supervise and audit the users' use of glasses repair, and users can also report the bad content found in the use process by reporting. Once found cheating and publishing violation of glasses repair regulations, we will deal with the illegal users within 24 hours.

1. Cheating and punishment

(1) Cheating includes but is not limited to obtaining points through unfair and improper channels, taking advantage of system loopholes to obtain preferential or abnormal use, illegal sale of coupons, etc. For the judgment of cheating, the company reserves the right of final interpretation.

(2) The punishment of cheating points to all the points and preferential treatment obtained through improper behavior, and the cheating income will be fully deducted. Once the suspected cheating behavior is preliminarily confirmed, the login accounts of all relevant users involved in the suspected cheating behavior will be deducted according to the discretion and banned for a limited period of time. 2. Account management principles

(1) You shall ensure that the account you have registered, logged in and used in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China, the provisions on the management of Internet user account names, and the provisions of this agreement. The company has the right to audit the account name, avatar and profile that you have registered, logged in and used. You should ensure that there is no illegal or harmful information in the user account name, avatar and profile used by you to log in to the software, and there is no case of cheating the account name registration with false information; you should ensure that the user account name used by your login operation help is not allowed Use the account name registered by related organizations or social celebrities for you.

(2) If you fraudulently obtain the account name for registration with false information, or there are illegal and bad information in your account picture, profile and other registration information, the company has the right to take measures such as notice to correct within a time limit, suspension of use, cancellation of registration, etc.; if you falsely use the account name of an affiliated organization or a social celebrity, the company has the right to cancel your account and report to the Internet information content department Door report.

(3) All users who cheat, publish advertisements, publish yellow and reactionary content, publish uncivilized content, plagiarize or imitate the ID of management personnel, in order to fake or damage the image of management personnel, imitate or steal others' ID The company has the right to delete the corresponding account number if the content or format published contains contents or formats that seriously affect the browsing of netizens, or there are other activities that disturb the order of repairing glasses, or affect the normal business behavior of repairing glasses. If the circumstances are serious, the corresponding IP address will be banned as appropriate.

(4) Glasses repair provides account cancellation function. After the account is cancelled, the data in the account can not be recovered, including but not limited to the asset information, membership card and coupons in the account; the account information content will also be cleared, including but not limited to the articles and comments published by the account. The cancellation cannot be cancelled after operation. Please apply carefully.

3、 Advertising and promotion

1. The company shall have the right to use spectacles to provide advertising, promotion or any value-added services for the products or services of the company or any third party at its sole discretion in accordance with its current policy in force, and any income (if any) derived from such advertising, promotion or value-added services shall be solely enjoyed by the company.

2. The company has the right, without prior notice to you, to change the form, mode and scope of display, advertisement or promotion by using spectacles; you should be aware that the contents displayed to you on the spectacles, including but not limited to the advertisements in the spectacles and the contents displayed in the promotion services, may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may not modify, lease, rent, lend, sell, distribute the content (whether in whole or in part) or create derivative works based on the content, unless the company or the right holder of the content specifically informs you that you can do so in the relevant agreements and business rules.

3. Your communication or business contacts with advertisers or participate in promotional activities, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other relevant terms, conditions, guarantees or statements of the above transactions, are completely the acts between you and the above-mentioned advertisers. The company does not undertake the obligation to review and screen the advertisements and advertisers; And the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature that you or the advertiser may suffer as a result of the above communication, business dealings or transactions.

4、 Intellectual property

1. The company owns the ownership of repairing glasses, including the intellectual property rights therein. Glasses repair is protected by the copyright law of the people's Republic of China. Users are not allowed to delete or otherwise change the copyright, trademark or other ownership statement or logo attached to the glasses. Users are not allowed to reverse engineer, reverse compile or disassemble glasses repair software, do not attempt to access or conduct any access to the source code of glasses repair, nor distribute, rent, disseminate information on the Internet, or translate the glasses repair software.

2. The users of glasses repair shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights including the copyright of others and other rights. 3. 6. Otherwise, they have the right to investigate the legal responsibility according to law.

7. If the third party wants to use the contents on the glasses, they need to obtain the consent of relevant users before using them.

5、 Non promise guarantee, limited liability and exemption

Limited liability: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for whatever reason, the company's total liability to you is the total amount of fees paid to the company for the use of the products and services for repairing glasses. If the company provides you with glasses repair service free of charge, the company has no obligation to bear any liability for compensation. In no event shall company be liable for any special, incidental, punitive or indirect damages (including but not limited to data loss, loss of profit or business loss) or procurement of substitute products arising out of or in connection with this agreement or in connection with the operation of the spectacles, whether such liability is based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or Others, whether or not the company has been informed in advance of the possibility of loss or damage. Even if the limited remedies agreed in this agreement fail to achieve their fundamental purpose, the foregoing limitation of liability shall still apply.

3. Exemption: the company has the right to be exempted from liability in case of leakage, loss, theft or tampering of user data due to any of the following reasons:

(1) Any force majeure that affects the normal browsing of the network, such as temporary closure caused by government control;

(2) Any computer system problem, hacker attack, computer virus invasion or attack;

(3) Any information leakage of account or bank card caused by network security problems may cause economic losses to users. The user undertakes to bear the responsibility to the infringer and the consequences of failure to investigate the responsibility;

(4) Any user information leakage, loss, theft or tampering caused by user's personal reasons;

(5) Other reasons not attributable to the company.

6、 User privacy statement

1. The company only collects users' information for the purpose of providing users with better and more personalized services. Moreover, the company attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor, please read this privacy clause carefully by your guardian, and use or provide relevant user information to Tiantian glasses with the consent of the guardian.

2. In the process of using glasses, the company will follow the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity to collect relevant information about users' use of repair glasses, including but not limited to:

(1) Account information registered or logged in by the user, such as the telephone number, name or nickname used by the user to register the account, etc;

(2) Information uploaded by users, such as user's comments, sharing, information filled in by users on their own initiative or relevant information provided by users when contacting customer service for repairing glasses, etc;

(3) Information generated in the process of using and repairing glasses. The company will receive and record the equipment related information used by the user according to the authority granted by the user, such as equipment attribute information, device location information, device connection information, etc;

(4) Other user information collected by legal means according to the authorization of users.

4. The company attaches great importance to the user's information security, and tries its best to take all kinds of reasonable physical, electronic and management security measures to protect the user's information and ensure that the user's information will not be leaked, tampered with, damaged or lost, including but not limited to SSL, encrypted storage of information, access control of data center, information access control, etc. Moreover, the company will not illegally sell or provide user information to others; the company will not provide the user's such information to any third party, nor will it be used for any other purposes and purposes, except for the following circumstances: (1) disclosure to a third party with the prior consent of the user; 2) According to the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial authorities, it shall be disclosed to a third party or administrative or judicial organ; 3) the company cooperates with the third party to provide users with the relevant services or other network services of the eyeglass repair platform, and such third party agrees to bear the same responsibility as the company in protecting the user's privacy; 4) other measures shall be taken according to laws, regulations or policies The disclosure.

7、 Others

1. If there is a separate usage Agreement attached to a certain sub service on the glasses repair platform, the use of the sub service will be subject to the separate use agreement.

2. The signing, effectiveness, performance and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the people's Republic of China.

3. Any dispute related to this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the place where the company is located.

4. Users' opinions and suggestions on the glasses repair platform can be contacted with the company through customer service email.
